Kabaddi

Kabaddi is a contact sport. It is one of the most popular sports in India, played mainly among people in villages. Playing Kabaddi improves stamina, speed, agility, and multitasking abilities and enhances the presence of the mind. In order to keep our students physically fit as well as to develop self-defending skills among girls, we provide special Kabaddi training.

Volleyball Training

Participating in sports has been known to improve the cognitive and memory functions of the brain, helping kids perform better in tests and academics. Further, traits such as discipline and perseverance also play an important part in better academic performance. So, we provide systematic volleyball training to all our students.

Arts & Crafts

Drawing

When we are drawing, our brain is actively engaged. The left brain is responsible for logical tasks, while the right brain hemisphere is responsible for creativity and imagination. When we draw, we switch on both sides of our brain. This leads to a much better brain connection and strengthens its capacity. We give drawing classes in order to improve memory capacity and brain functioning.

Art & Craft

Art allows kids to develop their creativity, which is important throughout their lives. By doing something creative, we allow for self-expression and this lets kids express themselves. It also fosters mental growth by providing opportunities for trying out new ideas, new ways of thinking and problem-solving.

Oratorship Training

We are following the holistic approach with the aim to transform our students to be leaders in society. To correctly express ideas, transmit confidence and enthusiasm, lead and influence others is important in the competitive world. They are the cornerstones of an effective and successful leadership. So, we ensure public speaking training for all our students.

Yoga

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga helps to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and tension. We included yoga in assembly to help our students to start their day with pleasant and stress-free minds.

IFI Training

“INTRINSIC FORCE OF INDIA” is an organization of trained best officers who are in educational institutions and give training for students who are studying above fifth standard. IFI provides basic elementary military training to students.

The training program is for 6 years, and this program moulds the mind, body and emotions of the young boys and girls of our nation, as well as it makes them physically and mentally strong and disciplined which enables them to face challenges. Especially it helps girls to learn self-defending skills. During first, second and third years of training the program includes 20 lectures and in fourth and fifth years there will be 24 lectures and Air Rifle Shooting training.
